By aligning with your Soul, releasing limiting energy patterns, thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are held in your body or energy system, you naturally develop a life that is exciting, joyful and true to your gifts/strengths!
You are able to recognize your special skills, interests and abilities and develop a plan to start acting on them to live a life that truly makes you happy.

I channel information from Spiritual Guides while tuning in to your
energy and talking about how your energy patterns and aspects of your
personality are either assisting you or holding you back. I offer guidance to your
Soul's purpose, connection to your intuition,
inner knowing and to Spirit and your higher self.
I work with you to clear and release hurdles and obstacles that stand in
the way of this connection. I also teach classes on connecting with Spirit. I especially love assisting clients to trust
themselves, discover their strengths and gifts and share them with the
world!
