Align Your Energy
If you are new to this way of working with a coach or healer, I suggest giving it a try. It gets your environment out of the way and allows you to really focus on the voice of your practitioner, on how you are feeling, what you are thinking and what is going on for you. You don't have to go to an appointment, leave your home or drive back afterward when you are feeling relaxed and wanting to rest.
Especially if this is new for you, this very special offer for new clients is a great way to try it out!
These are suggestions for your session to enable you to receive the
greatest benefit from the experience. Please do what is inspiring and
feels good to you.
It would be best if you have an earpiece/headset so you are able to
totally relax and not have to handle your phone during the session.
Right before our call, find a spot where you will be comfortable lying
down during the session and spend a few minutes or as much time as you
would like creating a sacred container for yourself. Light a candle,
burn incense and/or sage, dim the lights, play a drum, meditate, breathe
deeply, listen to soft music or whatever helps you to create a sacred
container, relax and move into your heart space. If you can't do this
easily, don't worry, we can do it during your session.
Have a pillow and blanket available or whatever you need to feel
comfortable.
You might want to have sacred objects near you or to hold in your hands.
For example, I have some sacred stones that I hold or place on my chest.
Make sure you will not be disturbed.
You might find you would like to have paper and pen available to jot
down notes after the session.
You may want to allow yourself a few hours or the rest of the day for
quiet contemplation or flexibility to do whatever you feel like doing
after your session. We will shift and clear a lot of energy and
emotions. You deserve the time to allow yourself to reflect, absorb and
celebrate. Do what feels inspiring to you, there are no rules about it.
We will discuss what feels good to do, if appropriate, after your
session.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns before, during or
after the session.
